Sure Cut Kits
The Oxylance Sure Cut system will cut virtually any metal, both ferrous and non-ferrous, and is faster than conventional oxy-acetylene cutting or carbon arc gouging. The Sure Cut exothermic cutting rods don’t require preheating or cleaning of the material prior to cutting. It is easy to use and is cost effective for most applications.

Sure Cut Holder System
The Sure Cut combines a holder to grip and seal the rods with a variable flow oxygen control valve. The standard holder kit comes with 25 feet of oxygen hose, 25 feet of weld lead and 25 feet of ground cable, a striker plate and collets for 1/4” and 3/8” rods.

Sure Cut Rods
Sure Cut rods are ideal for light demolition work, repair of heavy equipment, removal of frozen pins as well as for rescue applications for police, fire fighters and military. Sure Cut rods are available in 3/16”, 1/4” and 3/8” outside diameters and in lengths of 18”, 24”, 36” and 48” lengths.

The Sure Cut system is highly portable and was designed to run the smaller version of our burning bars. Oxylance manufactures Sure Cut rods in outside diameters of 3/16”, 1/4” and 3/8” and in lengths of 18”, 24”, 36” and 48”. The Sure Cut system is excellent for repair and maintenance applications on heavy equipment and for rescue operations by Police, Fire Departments and the Military.
